1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for and using the SurgicalGuide.Pro platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SurgicalGuide.Pro provides digital dental computer-aided design (CAD) services. We do not manufacture physical products. We deliver digital files (STL) which the user must print and manufacture according to their local medical device regulations.
3. Clinical Responsibility
IMPORTANT: You act as the prescribing clinician. While we strive for the highest accuracy, you retain full clinical responsibility for:
- Validating the accuracy of the digital design before surgery.
- Ensuring the fit and safety of the printed surgical guide.
- The surgical outcome.
Our designs are recommendations based on the data provided. Additional clinical assessment is always required.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Design First, Pay Later: Payment is due only after you approve the design preview.
- Refunds: Since files are digital and cannot be "returned," refunds are handled case-by-case (e.g., if a design is fundamentally unusable due to our error).
5. Intellectual Property
The design files provided to you are for the treatment of the specific patient case. You may not resell or redistribute our design assets or software code.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SurgicalGuide.Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs during surgery.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SurgicalGuide.Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
